Choosing the right activity

If you want to stay healthy, you will have to be active. Being physically active is the most important part of your life since you will live much longer and you will have a better and healthier life. Even if you don’t eat healthily or at least you are not eating organic food, you will still need to be physically active. The biggest threat to our health is sitting and doing nothing. Did you know that the sitting position is not our natural position? Humans are suffering when sitting in their chairs at work, at home, etc. Squatting or standing is our natural position. It is also important that you cut away carbs and increase the amount of healthy fat. Animal fat is very good for you and whatever you learned in the past, forget it. Animal fat and meat are not dangerous to your health. You just don’t have to eat that much meat. You should eat enough. Enough meat and fat shouldn’t be confused with eating more protein and fat. If you eat too much protein, you will also get fat.

Vegetables are very important in your diet because you will have a lot of vitamins and fiber from this food. You can eat some fruit that is low in carbs, but this is for those periods that you need something sweet.
